1.Shipping & Returns
All Drexey orders are shipped through trusted global carriers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and selected regional premium delivery partners. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information by email. All orders require an adult signature upon delivery to help ensure your piece arrives securely.
Yes. Drexey ships to most international destinations. Complimentary standard shipping is available for eligible international orders, and expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee depending on the destination.
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact hello@drexey.com before placing your order.
Each piece is made to order. Standard delivery takes approximately 10–15 business days from the order date, including production and shipping. Where available, expedited delivery is offered for $30, with an estimated arrival of approximately 8 business days.
These are estimates. Holidays, customs inspections, and carrier delays may affect delivery. You have 24 hours to request changes or a free cancellation before production begins. See our Shipping Policy for details.
We want you to feel confident with every Drexey piece. If your purchase isn’t the perfect fit, eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unworn, and unaltered condition, with all original packaging and accompanying materials included.
For eligible returns, Drexey does not charge any return, restocking, or processing fees. For U.S. returns, we provide a complimentary prepaid return shipping label. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any related fees.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and our team will be happy to assist with your return. Please email hello@drexey.com before sending your piece back.

You may request to cancel your order after placing it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, and our team will assist you with your cancellation request.

Returns must meet the eligibility requirements in our Return & Refund Policy. Please email hello@drexey.com for authorization before sending an item back. Nothing in our policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.
DREXEY reserves the right to refuse or limit returns that do not meet our return requirements. Examples include, but are not limited to:
- An irregular or excessive return history, including items that show signs of wear, alteration, damage, or missing components.
- Suspected fraud, abuse, or other unlawful activity. We may delay or withhold a refund while investigating suspected fraud or abuse.
- Returns that cannot be verified as received by our Returns Center are not eligible for a refund.
- Any non-DREXEY items mistakenly sent to our warehouse or distribution center may be discarded and cannot be returned to the sender.
DREXEY also reserves the right to refuse service to individuals or entities engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

Yes. Drexey's lab-grown gemstones are real gemstones. They are created in advanced laboratory environments that replicate the natural conditions in which gemstones form, giving them the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as their mined counterparts.
They offer the same brilliance, durability, and beauty as natural gemstones, while achieving exceptional clarity through carefully controlled growing conditions. To the naked eye, they are visually indistinguishable from mined gemstones.
This innovative approach also gives Drexey greater creative freedom to explore a wider variety of gemstone cuts, colors, and distinctive designs—without compromising the beauty, durability, or authenticity of each stone.
Gemstones may appear to shift in color depending on lighting and viewing angle. This is a natural optical effect caused by the way light interacts with the stone’s cut and structure.
Different light sources and slight changes in perspective can influence how color and brilliance are perceived, creating subtle variations in appearance.
These natural characteristics are inherent to gemstones and do not affect their quality, authenticity, or durability.

925 Sterling Silver
Our Sterling Silver pieces are crafted from high-quality 925 Sterling Silver, an alloy composed of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals for added strength and durability. Its cool, luminous finish offers a refined and versatile look designed for everyday wear.
10K Yellow & White Gold
Our 10K Gold pieces are crafted from solid 10K gold, available in both Yellow and White Gold. Durable and refined, 10K gold is well suited for everyday wear while beautifully complementing the color and brilliance of our lab-grown gemstones.
14K Yellow Gold
Our 14K Yellow Gold pieces are crafted from high-quality solid 14K gold, an alloy containing 58.5% pure gold blended with other metals for added strength and durability. Its rich, warm tone offers timeless beauty while providing the durability needed for everyday wear.
14K White Gold
Our 14K White Gold pieces are crafted from high-quality solid 14K gold, an alloy containing 58.5% pure gold blended with other metals for added strength and durability. Its bright, cool-toned finish offers a refined, modern look while providing lasting durability for everyday wear.
18K Yellow & White Gold Vermeil
Our vermeil pieces feature a 2.5-micron layer of 18K yellow or white gold over a 925 sterling silver base. Compared to standard gold plating, this substantial gold layer offers enhanced durability and a richer, longer-lasting finish. Our 18K white gold vermeil pieces are additionally finished with rhodium to enhance their bright, polished appearance and provide added protection.

To maintain their brilliance over time, we recommend removing your jewelry before activities such as showering, swimming, exercising, or applying lotions and perfumes. With proper care, your pieces are made to be worn and enjoyed every day.

Caring for Metals & Finishes
Depending on your selected material, your jewelry may be crafted in 925 Sterling Silver, 18K Yellow or White Gold Vermeil, Solid 10K Gold, or Solid 14K Gold.
Clean your jewelry with warm water, mild soap, and a soft-bristled brush, using gentle pressure. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately with a soft, lint-free cloth.
To help preserve the finish, we recommend removing your jewelry before showering, swimming, exercising, or exposing it to moisture and chemicals. Lotions, perfumes, cosmetics, and household products may accelerate tarnishing or changes to the surface finish, particularly on sterling silver and vermeil pieces.
Store each piece separately in a dry, well-ventilated space to help prevent scratches and protect its finish. Drexey packaging is designed for gifting and travel, but is not recommended for long-term storage.
Caring for Gemstones
Clean your lab-grown gemstones gently with warm water, mild soap, and a soft-bristled brush, paying particular attention to the underside of the stone where residue may collect.
Store gemstone jewelry separately to help prevent scratches, and periodically check the settings to make sure each stone remains secure. Apply lotions, perfumes, and other personal care products before putting on your jewelry to minimize direct contact with the stones and settings.

Clasp Issues
If a clasp feels stuck or hard to open, there’s a chance it isn’t being released properly. When removing your necklace or bracelet, gently press down on the clasp button—the small raised, ridged area at the top. Using the clasp as intended helps keep it working smoothly and prevents unnecessary damage.
If you’re struggling to remove your necklace on your own, we recommend asking someone else for help to avoid accidental damage to the clasp.
