1.Shipping & Returns
All Drexey Orders are shipped through trusted global carriers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and selected regional premium delivery partners.
Please note: All orders require an adult signature upon delivery. If no one is available to sign, UPS will attempt redelivery on the next business day. If delivery cannot be completed, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Before fulfillment, our Client Services team may contact you to confirm that the provided shipping address can accept a signature-required delivery.
We’re happy to ship internationally to most countries worldwide. At this time, we’re unable to ship to Afghanistan, Iran, Syria, North Korea, Congo, Libya, Somalia, Russia, and Ukraine.
Depending on your ocation or country, delivery times and carriers may vary. All duties and fees are paid upfront at checkout. Shipping costs, taxes, fees, and duties may vary depending on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
Duties, taxes, and customs fees for international orders are assessed and collected by your local government or carrier at the time of import. While these charges may be estimated and paid at checkout, they are not issued by Drexey and are therefore not eligible for reimbursement, including in the case of returns.
Please note:
- International orders are not eligible for exchange.
- Drexey is not liable for international shipments once they are in transit, including any packages lost or delayed by the carrier.
We begin processing your order within 12 hours of it being placed. Once your order has been confirmed and prepared, it will be shipped within our standard fulfillment timeframe.
In most cases, your order will be delivered within 15 days from the date of purchase.
Please note that delivery times may be slightly extended during holidays, promotional periods, and new product launches due to increased order volumes and carrier demand.
U.S. Return & Exchange Policy
Returns for refunds must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To begin your return, visit our Returns Center. You’ll need either the email address associated with your purchase or your order number and shipping ZIP code.
International Return & Exchange Policy
International returns must be initiated through our Returns Center before shipping items back. At this time, exchanges and instant exchanges are not available for international orders.
International returns for a refund to the original payment method must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label and may choose their preferred carrier and whether to insure the package. When completing the electronic waybill, please select “Merchandise Return” as the reason for export. This helps avoid delays in processing.
Return Requirements
Returns must be sent back in original condition, with original packaging and no signs of wear, using the original mailer.
Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported to Client Services before returning. Once received, returns are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and you’ll receive a confirmation email when your return is complete.
Each order must be returned separately. Items from multiple orders cannot be combined in one package, and you must submit a separate return for each order through our Returns Center.
Please note:
Returns for refunds are subject to a non-refundable $8 USD return shipping fee.
Any exception approved by Drexey for non-quality-related reasons will be subject to a 35% Product Recovery & Processing Fee.
Refund Eligibility
Drexey is not liable for any return packages shipped that become lost in-transit. Please retain your carrier drop-off receipt until your return has been received and your refund, exchange, or store credit has been processed. The drop-off receipt serves as proof that the package was accepted by the carrier and may be required if a return package cannot be located in transit.
Most orders containing a made-to-order piece can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer eligible for a full refund and will incur a 20% production fee once production has begun.

Drexey reserves the right to define, limit, refuse, or reject returns at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- An irregular or excessive return history, including items that show signs of wear, alteration, washing, damage, or missing components.
- Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity. Drexey also reserves the right to delay or withhold refunds where fraud is suspected.
- The right to refuse service to any individual or entity engaging in the behaviors outlined above.
- Returns that cannot be confirmed as received by our Returns Center are not eligible for a refund.
- Any non-Drexey items received at our warehouse or distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
2.Products & Materials
Yes. Drexey's lab-grown gemstones are real gemstones. They are created in advanced laboratory environments that replicate the natural conditions in which gemstones form, giving them the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as their mined counterparts.
They offer the same brilliance, durability, and beauty as natural gemstones, while achieving exceptional clarity through carefully controlled growing conditions. To the naked eye, they are visually indistinguishable from mined gemstones.
This innovative approach also gives Drexey greater creative freedom to explore a wider variety of gemstone cuts, colors, and distinctive designs—without compromising the beauty, durability, or authenticity of each stone.
Gemstones may appear to shift in color depending on lighting and viewing angle. This is a natural optical effect caused by the way light interacts with the stone’s cut and structure.
Different light sources and slight changes in perspective can influence how color and brilliance are perceived, creating subtle variations in appearance.
These natural characteristics are inherent to gemstones and do not affect their quality, authenticity, or durability.
At Drexey, our pieces are crafted exclusively in high-quality sterling silver and 18k gold Vermeil. Our choice of setting and craftsmanship is guided by the gemstones selected for each design.
Sterling Silver
Our sterling silver pieces are crafted from high-quality 925 sterling silver, a durable alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals for added strength. Sterling silver offers a timeless, bright finish that’s perfect for everyday wear, combining elegance with long-lasting durability.
18k Gold Vermeil
Our 18K gold vermeil pieces are crafted by plating sterling silver with 5 microns of 18K gold. Vermeil is one of the highest-quality forms of gold plating in jewelry. Thanks to its thicker gold layer, it offers enhanced durability, lasting brilliance, and is well-suited for everyday wear.
Each piece is also finished with a rhodium barrier layer beneath the gold plating, which helps enhance color stability and provides an added level of protection against oxidation and daily wear. These high-quality layered finishes not only contribute to a rich, luminous tone, but also help maintain the jewelry’s brilliance over time.
Every 18K gold vermeil piece undergoes a rigorous quality, meeting our internal standards for craftsmanship.
Yes, Drexey jewelry is designed for everyday wear. Each piece is crafted in sterling silver or 18K gold vermeil and set with durable lab-grown gemstones, making them suitable for daily use.
To maintain their brilliance over time, we recommend removing your jewelry before activities such as showering, swimming, exercising, or applying lotions and perfumes. With proper care, your pieces are made to be worn and enjoyed every day.
Yes.All of our pieces are crafted in sterling silver or 18K gold vermeil, which are generally well-tolerated by those with metal sensitivities. However, metal allergies vary from person to person, so we cannot guarantee that these materials will be suitable for everyone.
If you’re unsure about the metal used in a particular piece, you can always check the individual product page of the style you’re eyeing for more information.
Natural changes to your jewelry may occur with time and extended wear. Gentle cleaning, mindful handling, and proper storage are essential to maintaining the integrity of each piece and preserving its brilliance over time.
Caring For Metals & Finishes
Sterling silver and 18K gold vermeil can be maintained using the same care routine:
Clean each piece using warm water, gentle soap, and a soft-bristled brush, avoiding harsh pressure. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately with a soft microfiber cloth or paper towel.
As an added precaution, we recommend removing sterling silver, coated, or plated pieces before showering or swimming. Tarnishing may be accelerated by chemicals present in products such as lotions or perfumes.
Store your pieces separately in a dry, well-ventilated space to protect finishes and preserve lasting brilliance. Dorsey packaging is designed for gifting and travel, but is not recommended for long-term storage.
Caring For Gemstones
Our lab-grown gemstones are exceptionally durable. Clean them gently using warm water, gentle soap, and a soft-bristled brush, focusing on the underside of the stone to restore brilliance, or use an ultrasonic cleaner for securely-set pieces.
Like metals, store each piece separately to prevent scratches and regularly check their settings to ensure their quality—and that each stone remains secure. Apply lotions and perfumes before putting on your jewelry to avoid contact that may cause damage to the stone.

Clasp Issues
If a clasp feels stuck or hard to open, there’s a chance it isn’t being released properly. When removing your necklace or bracelet, gently press down on the clasp button—the small raised, ridged area at the top. Using the clasp as intended helps keep it working smoothly and prevents unnecessary damage.
If you’re struggling to remove your necklace on your own, we recommend asking someone else for help to avoid accidental damage to the clasp.
