Shipping Policy

All Drexey shipments are insured and risk-free. You can easily track your shipment using the tracking number provided to you.

Processing & Production Times

Each Drexey piece is made to order based on the gemstone, metal option, size, and design details selected at checkout.

Production typically begins within 12 hours after your order is placed.


Free Shipping & Delivery Time

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic and international orders.

Estimated Delivery:Most orders arrive within approximately 15 business days. This includes production, quality inspection, and delivery, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Peak Seasons: Please note that delivery times may be extended during holidays, promotional periods, and new product launches due to increased carrier volumes or production peaks.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

We require the following information:

  • Full name
  • Street address
  • Apartment, suite, or unit number (if applicable)
  • City, state/province, postal code, and country
  • Phone number and email address

If you need assistance, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@drexey.com as soon as possible to confirm whether a modification is still available.

Address changes may not be possible once production or shipment has begun.

Drexey is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped through trusted global carriers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and selected regional premium delivery partners. The carrier is automatically selected based on your location to ensure the most efficient delivery.


International Shipping

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide with complimentary standard shipping.

Duties & Taxes:For orders shipped outside the United States, import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, and other local charges may apply. These fees are determined by the destination country's customs authorities, are not collected by Drexey, are not included in the product or shipping price, and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Signature Requirements

To help ensure safe delivery, all orders require a signature upon arrival.

Please make sure someone is available to receive your package at the delivery address provided.

If a package cannot be delivered because no one is available to sign, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier and arranging redelivery or pickup.


Refused Packages

If a package is refused due to customs duties, taxes, import fees, personal preference, failed delivery, or any other customer-related reason, any return shipping cost, customs charge, handling fee, or recovery cost may be deducted from the final refund.

For made-to-order jewelry, any refund related to a refused package will be subject to the terms outlined in our Return Policy.


Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor delivery status.

Lost in Transit: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier prior to delivery, please contact us at hello@drexey.com for assistance with a replacement or refund.

Delivered but Missing: Drexey is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Items: If your package arrives with visible damage upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • your order number
  • photos of the outer and inner packaging,
  • clear photos or videos of the item
  • a brief description of the issue.

We may request an unboxing video if available. Please retain all packaging materials until your case has been fully reviewed.


Shipping Delays

Drexey is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Import clearance procedures
  • Other unforeseen events

If a delay occurs, we will do our best to assist with tracking updates and communication whenever possible.
